When we recieve your input from the reservation e-mail form, we shall imediately make a record that your reservation is pending.

We will then send you an e-mail, with an enclosed invoice with calculated tariffs for your stay, and ask you to make the downpayment as soon as possible so that your reservation can be fixed. The downpayment is set at 100 EUR. You will transfer this downpayment to our banking account:

Once we receive the payment, your reservation will be completed, and we will make a record that the apartment is booked to your name. You will settle the remainder of the cost upon arrival.

Reservation may be pending only until 7 days prior to the arrival date. If it is not comfirmed pass that date, it is automatically cancelled.

If you, for any reason, are forced to make a reservation within 7 days before the intended arrival day, we shall prompt you to make a payment as soon as possible.

If you have made the downpayment and then decided to cancell your reservation, please note that we shall keep the downpayment in whole.
