Please fill in the simple form for accomodation inquiry below. If the desired dates are available, the total payable amount shall be calculated and you will be asked to notify us of your intent to stay through an e-mail form that will appear in the second and final phase of your inquiry. After receiving your input, we shall send you an e-mail with further details. Of course, you may contact us by phone.

Reservation procedure
When we recieve your input from the reservation e-mail form (as explained above), we shall make sure whether the dates are really available and, if so, make a record that your reservation is pending.
We shall then send you an e-mail confirmation, urging you to make the downpayment as soon as possible so that your reservation can be fixed. The downpayment is always 40% of the total payable amount (please refer to our prices). You will transfer this downpayment to our banking account:

Once we receive the payment, we will make a record that the apartment is booked to your name. You will settle the remainder of the cost upon arrival.
Reservation may be pending only until 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you don't confirm your reservation past that date, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled.
If you, for any reason, are forced to make a reservation within 7 days prior to the date on which you intend to arrive, we shall prompt you to make the payment in total as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
The downpayment is non-refundable. Should you cancel your reservation after paying us the deposit of 40%, we shall keep this deposit in total.
