Following is the simple form for accomodation inquiry. If the desired dates are available, the script will calculate the amount you need to pay and ask you to notify us of your intended sojourn. After receiving your input, we shall send you an e-mail with further details. Of course, you may use alternative forms of contact for your inquiry.

When we recieve your input from the reservation e-mail form that will be generated for you after you check availability throught the Reservation Inquiry form above, we shall imediately make a record that your reservation is pending.

We will then send you an e-mail, and urge you to make the downpayment as soon as possible so that your reservation can be fixed. If you're using the above form the amount of the downpayment will be automatically calculated as 40% of all your dues (please refer to our prices). Once we receive the payment, your reservation will be completed, and we will make a record that the apartment is booked on your name. You will settle the remainder of the cost as well as the sojourn tax (1 EUR per adult person per day) upon arrival.

Reservation may be pending only until 7 days prior to the arrival date. If it is not comfirmed pass that date, it is automatically cancelled.

If you, for any reason, are forced to make a reservation within 7 days before the date you intend to arrive on, we shall prompt you to make a payment as soon as possible.

If you have made the downpayment and then decided to cancell:
